This Purchase Options & Cancellations Policy explains how one-time purchases, subscriptions, cancellations, skips, and modifications work at Old Gold Shirt Society.

By placing an order or enrolling in a subscription, you agree to the terms outlined below.

One-Time Purchases

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days
Once an order has entered production or fulfillment, it cannot be canceled or modified

Cancellations

One-time orders may be canceled only if the order has not yet entered production or fulfillment
To request a cancellation, you must contact us as soon as possible at info@oldgoldsociety.com
We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order is submitted to our fulfillment partner

Subscriptions

Automatic Renewals

By enrolling in a subscription, you agree that:

Your subscription will automatically renew based on your selected billing cycle
Your payment method will be charged automatically for each billing period
Subscription pricing and products may change with advance notice

Managing Your Subscription

You may manage your subscription by logging into your customer account, including:

Skipping a shipment
Pausing your subscription
Updating billing or shipping information
Canceling your subscription

All changes must be made before the cutoff date shown in your account for the upcoming order.

Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time prior to your next billing cutoff date
If your subscription has already been billed or an order has entered production, that cycle cannot be canceled or refunded
Canceling your subscription stops future charges but does not affect already-processed orders

Skips & Pauses

You may skip or pause a subscription shipment through your account portal before the cutoff date
Skipped shipments will not be billed for that cycle
Paused subscriptions will not be billed until resumed

Refunds & Chargebacks

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect
Approved replacements or refunds are issued at our discretion
Unauthorized chargebacks or disputes may result in account suspension

Failed Payments

If a subscription payment fails:

We may retry the charge automatically
Your subscription may be temporarily paused until payment is successfully processed
Orders will not ship until payment is resolved
